Terms of Service
1. Who we are
SVGLoom is operated by KYLAMO LLC. Contact: hello@svgloom.com.
2. What you’re buying
Digital design files for download. Nothing physical ships. Each listing states the file format and resolution. Preview images show the design; the mockup background and brand bar are not part of the file you receive.
3. Your licence
Every purchase includes a commercial-use licence. You may:
- use the design to create and sell physical products — shirts, mugs, tumblers, signs and similar — in unlimited quantity
- sell those products online or in person, as a business or an individual
You may not:
- resell, share, give away or redistribute the digital file itself
- sell the design as a digital product, bundle, or part of a design pack
- claim the artwork as your own original design, or register it as a trademark
- use the design in a way that is unlawful, hateful, or defamatory
The licence is granted to you, is non-exclusive, and cannot be transferred. We keep ownership of the artwork.
4. Free designs
Free files carry the same licence and the same restrictions as paid ones.
5. Delivery
Download links are emailed on payment. If a link doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll resend it. Links are for your use; please don’t publish or share them.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under it.
8. Pricing and availability
Prices are in USD and can change. Designs can be added or withdrawn at any time. A design you have already bought stays yours.
9. Our liability
We provide the files as they are. We don’t warrant that a design will suit a particular machine, material or process — if you’re unsure, ask us before you buy. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the file in question.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
