Digital downloads — please read before you buy

Every product on SVGLoom is a digital file. Nothing is shipped. Your download link is emailed the moment your payment clears, and the files are yours to keep.

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind — for example, buying the wrong design, buying a design twice, or deciding after download that you don’t need it. Please check the file format and the preview image before you buy.

We will always make it right if something is wrong on our side. Contact us at hello@svgloom.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll fix it or refund you:

• the download link didn’t arrive or doesn’t work
• the file is corrupt, won’t open, or isn’t what the listing described
• you were charged more than once for the same order
• the file format differs from what the listing stated

Include your order number and, where it helps, a screenshot. We answer in person, usually the same day.

Before you ask for a refund, two things worth checking. Download links are emailed — check your spam or promotions folder. And our files are PNG, which opens in Photoshop, Canva, Procreate, Cricut Design Space and most design software; if you’re unsure your software can use it, ask us first and we’ll tell you honestly.

This policy doesn’t affect any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
